SUBJECT: 2012 Home Show Exhibit Space
The Antelope Valley Fair will welcome spring by producing the 24th Annual Home Show to be held March 16, 17 & 18, 2012. This will be the only Home Show held at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds for the 2012 season. We will be keeping the discounted commercial space rates by 16.5% from previous year’s rates in order to help businesses that have been hurt by the slow economy. We will also continue to offer a 10% discount on spaces that are paid in full on or before December 31st, 2011. If you are interested in applying for space, please complete the enclosed application and return it immediately. A deposit of $100 is required with the application and will be applied to your booth cost. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. Please make checks payable to 50th District Agriculture Association.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be returned as follows:
60 days or more prior to event = 50% of total amount paid will be refunded
31-59 days prior to event = 25% of total amount paid will be refunded
30 days or less = NO REFUND
Returning vendors will be able to keep their same location if an application and deposit is received by November 2, 2011.
