SUBJECT: 2012 Bridal Show Exhibit Space
The Antelope Valley Fair will welcome 2012 by producing the 8th Annual Bridal Show to be held Sunday, January 15, 2012 in the Poppy Pavilion. This year the Board of Directors and Management has agreed to discount booth space rates by 25% from 2010 Bridal Show rates in order to help businesses that have been hurt by the slow economy. We will continue to offer a 10% discount on spaces that are paid in full on or before November 30. If you are interested in applying for space, please complete the enclosed application and return it on or before October 19, 2011. A deposit of $100 is required with the application and will be applied to your booth cost. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. Please make checks payable to the Antelope Valley Fair. After November 30, 2011 payment in full is required.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be returned as follows:
60 days or more prior to event = 50% of total amount paid will be refunded
31 – 59 days prior to event = 25% of total amount paid will be refunded
30 days or less - NO REFUND
Returning vendors will be able to keep their same location if an application and deposit is received by October 14, 2011.
Space rates are as follows:
Inline 10’ x 10’ ----------$300 Corner 10’ x 10’ ----------$350
Inline 10’ x 20’ ----------$600 Corner 10’ x 20’ ----------$700
10’ x 10’ booths include 1 - 8’ table and 2 chairs
10’ x 20’ booths include 2 - 8’ tables and 4 chairs
This year there will be no extra charge for additional tables or chairs.
Liability insurance purchased through us will be $22.00 (must be paid by 12/31).
