SUBJECT:                2010 Bridal Show Exhibit Space

 

The Antelope Valley Fair will welcome 2010 by producing the 6th annual Bridal Show to be held Sunday, January 10, 2010 in the Poppy Pavilion.

 

If you are interested in applying for space, please complete the enclosed application.   A deposit of $100 is required with the application and will be applied to your booth cost. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.  Please make checks payable to the 50th District Agricultural Association. Spaces paid in full on or before November 30, 2009 receive a 10% discount.

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Refunds will be returned as follows:

60 days or more prior to event - 50% of total amount paid will be refunded

31 - 59 days prior to event - 25% of total amount paid will be refunded

30 days or less - NO REFUND

Space rates are as follows:

Inline    10' x 10'     $400

Corner    10' x 10'     $450

Inline    10' x 20'     $800

Corner    10' x 20'     $900

10’ x 10’ booths include 1 8’ table and 2 chairs

10’ x 20’ booths include 2 8’ tables and 4 chairs

This year there will be no extra charge for additional tables or chairs.

Liability insurance purchased through us will be $22.00 (must be paid by 12/31).
