2012 Antelope Valley Fair & Alfalfa Festival

Located just off of the 14 freeway on 134 acres of land at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds. The annual Antelope Valley Fair & Alfalfa Festival is a 10 day celebration.  Events include top-name concerts, exhibits, motorized events, monster trucks, carnival rides, great food, free grounds entertainment and much more!

The Antelope Valley Fair & Alfalfa Festival has been part of the Antelope Valley for 73 years. Traditional events like the Rural Olympics, Jr. Livestock Auction and Home Arts exhibit competitions continue to involve the community in one of a kind, fun events.

8/17 - 8/26: NO entry to the Fair 1 hour prior to close.  Barns close at 10pm & Exhibit buildings close at 11pm nightly (except 8/26 when buildings close at 10pm.)  All buildings are ADA accessible.

All concerts begin at 7:30pm except the 8/19 Concert; Rural Olympics & 8/26 Demo Derby-they begin at 6pm.   A 10% service charge will be added to all tickets sold, both online and at the box office.

*8/19 concert tickets will be sold Pre-Fair at avfair.com 6/2 thru 8/16 AND all AV Vallarta Supermarkets 7/27 thru 8/16 for $20 each.  Youth ticket will be $6 on-line and at Vallarta Supermarkets.

Children occupying seats must have a ticket. Children 3 years old and younger are Free with paid Adult.

Grandstand seating is included with the purchase of General Admission for these concerts on a first come, first seat basis.

PRE-Fair, pick up tickets 6/4 until Fri., 8/3 at: Tickets purchased on Will Call can be picked up at the A.V. Fairgrounds Administration Office located at 2551 West Ave. H, Ste. 102 in Lancaster, 93536 until 8/3. Administration/Box Office hours: Mon.-Fri., 9am - 4pm.  Phone: (661) 948-6060.  As of TBD, Box office at main entrance to of Fair will be open through end of Fair, 8/26.  See hours of operation below.

Approximately 8 ATMS located in Carnival areas, 2 ATMS at the Corona Cantina and 5 ATMS at the Main Gate. Any problems with Fair ATMS call Fair Security. Problems with Carnival ATMs are handled by RCS Guest Services.
